With its long history, unique culture, and the Himalayas, it is no surprise that Nepal is one of the world’s most recognized destinations for mountaineer trekking. Geographically placed between the high plateaus of Tibet to the north, and the hot, fertile plains of India to the south, Nepal is a land of ancient history, diverse cultures and hospitable people, intriguing architecture, and stunning scenery. Nepal’s uniqueness stems from the mixture of places dating back to ancient times, with the 21st-century cosmopolitan city of Kathmandu, and the majesty of Nepal’s high Himalayas.

In this tour, your experienced tour guide will not only take you to the world’s highest mountain with jaw-dropping scenery, but will also help you experience the true spirit of Nepal and its people. You will be guided to to villages along traditional trade routes in rural Nepal marvel at the adaptability, resilience and tenacity of Nepal’s Sherpa people.

This trek is of moderate difficulty, with occasional strenuous days. You must bring good hiking boots, and a number of pairs of hiking socks. You are not required to have technical experience or mountaineering gear. Although porters will carry most of your luggage, a moderate level of fitness is required. Please bring a durable daypack to carry necessary items for quick access during the trek, such as water, toilet paper, camera, a warm layer, snacks etc. A full kit list will be sent to you upon confirmation of your participation on the trek.
