    The sun sets early in the U.S. Virgin Islands - between 5:30 in winter and 7:00 in the summer. This leaves time for dinner afterwards! Please check in advance.


  • Sailing aboard the unique St. John made wooden sailboat. Sailing on Pepper is true historic style sailing, just like the 1800's.
  • Snacks and beverages. We provide colas, beers, wines, and our Pepper Punch, which is rum based. The snacks vary, but include cheeses, fruits, veggies, and something crunchy!
  • Sunset! Sail into the sunset as your evening trip winds down. We get some amazing sky's!

Sail Pepper - Day Sails

Pepper was built on St. John as a day charter for Maho Bay Camps in 1998. Lance and Kim keep the tradition alive and well in Coral Bay, St. John's quiet side. Enjoy beautiful sailing,excellent snorkeling, interesting history, and amazing lunches aboard Coral Bay's #1 day charter. Pepper is a truly unique, one of a kind wooden sail boat in the US Virgin Islands.
