On this hiking tour, you will have the opportunity to gain an insight into the local culture and discover the magnificent beauty of the region.

Upon arrival, you will be met by your guide and travel to the National Park Bjeshket e Nemuna. Pass through a deep valley surrounded by high cliffs that open to reveal the first houses of the village of Boga.

The next day, we will hike with views of alpine mountains, flocks of sheep, various flora and fauna and unexpected alpine atmosphere. We will have an encounter with a family of farmers and cheese makers.

After breakfast, we walk against the big limestone cliffs of Rugova Gorge to the Monastery of Decan, a haven of peace in a bucolic setting. We will arrive late in the day to Kulla, a fortified place to protect themselves from bandits.

Explore Velika Hoca on the fourth day. It is a Serb village of winemakers. Enjoy vineyards, traditional houses and churches. We then head to the south of the Kosovo, between Republic of Macedonia and Kosovo and enter the massive Shar, one of the wild Balkans.

Discover the ancient path that connects the two countries as we make a half-day hiking trip along Sharri borderline with Macedonia before moving to Prizren city.

The next day, we will concentrate on exploring Prizren, dubbed Balkan Jerusalem. It is a city where there is still and always a certain tolerance and Albanian, Turkish and Bosnian Serbs are the three official languages ​​of the municipality. You will be accompanied by Shefqet Collaku, a French teacher and refugee in Albania during the war.

On day seven, we head to southern Kosovo to see herds and horsemen, valleys and alpine meadows and the Gorani, forgotten people.

The next day, you will be transferred to catch your next plane.
