Trip Info

Upon arrival on the ferry from Tarifa, Spain, we drive across the Marina front and then the center of the modern city where we can see very clearly Europe (Spain) while we are standing in Africa (Morocco). We continue driving across residential areas all the way to Cape Spartel where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. Across the straits, one can see the coast of Cadix where the battle of Trafalgar took place in 1805. Then, we visit the caves of Hercules before driving through the country side. Next, we go to the Kasbah (fortress) where we start our walking tour in order to be in touch with the local color, tradition, attire, history and the aroma of the Moroccan cuisine. There are two parts to the city of Tangier: Modern quarters and Medina (old city). We take walking tours through a labyrinth of streets with twists and turns. We visit the Souks (Markets), museum of archeology and arts and crafts if and only if requested.
The price is 40 Euros per person and includes:
