    You provide: sunscreen, hats, glasses, towels, and your own snorkel gear. Snorkel gear available for rent at Crabby's in Coral Bay, and several places in Cruz Bay.


  • Sailing for a total of about 2 hours. Enjoy amazing views while aboard a St. John built wooden island sloop. Learn a bit of history while sailing on this unique historically inspired day sailer.
  • Captain guided Snorkeling. After sailing for around an hour, you jump off of Pepper into the clear aqua Caribbean water to see colorful corals and vast amounts of fish species.
  • Homemade Lunch! Prepared by first mate Kim, this much praised lunch is a big highlight of our sails. Taste many colorful flavors including fruits, veggies, hummus, and Peppers power bars! Beverages are also a hit, with our tasty Pepper Punch! This lunch can be vegetarian friendly too!

Pepper was built on St. John as a day charter for Maho Bay Camps in 1998. Lance and Kim keep the tradition alive and well in Coral Bay, St. John's quiet side.
