Trip Info

Tehran is a cosmopolitan city, with great museums, parks, restaurants, and warm friendly people. The city can be divided into two different parts – north and south. The northern districts of Tehran are more prosperous, modern, cosmopolitan and for the tourists looking for luxury, while southern parts are for the tourist looking to immerse themselves in the neighborhoods of the city.
Some of the sites you may want to visit are the Azadi Tower which was constructed to commemorate the 2,500th anniversary of the Persian empire. Baharestan, the historic Iranian parliament building, inaugurated in 1906. Tughrul Tower, a 12th-century monument, located in the city of Rey, Iran. National Museum of Iran, containing some of the most precious and significant artifacts from ancient Persia (dating back to 5000BC) and post-Islamic Persia (800AD). Jamshidieh Park,at the base of the Kolakchal Mountain, is one of the most picturesque and beautiful parks in Tehran.
Visit the countless bazaars for those who would rather be shopping. The many gourmet restaurants or authentic street carts for the foodies of the group. Or just wandering the city soaking in and learning the history, the culture and enjoying the people.
