Join Aaron Jenkins and AJ’s Guide Service for some of the best catfishing to be had in the United States. The Tennessee River is renowned for its large populations of both blue and flathead catfish. The state record is 130 pounds, but the average size that you will be fighting with is anywhere from five to 40 pounds, with the occasional river monsters weighing in over 50. AJ’s guide service usually fishes under a catch and release policy, in order to maintain healthy fish populations in our waters, however, you are allowed to take home one trophy catfish per trip to mount and show just how big of animal you fought with and brought in!
