Life Force Experiential Activities

The underlying foundation of our programming is remembering our true selves. In our society it’s easy to forget who we are. Life Force is a unique life skills centre offering various groups, camps, and workshops that promote self development and self-healing through various healing modalities, activities, and self work. The open accepting outlets to develop spiritual awareness and true self discovery are the components missing in most all streamline counselling, educational, and residential programming. Life Force supports individuals through integrative counselling, energy healing, and emotional discovery. Where we start in that process is dependent on the individual or group.
