Trip Info

Arriving via Roma, we’ll have a first look at Cagliari, the capital of the island of Sardinia. We’ll continue along the Poetto, a sandy beach stretching more than 10km and enjoy the salt pools in the area, which are an extraordinary scarlet colour during the summer and in the winter they attract a large number of birds – particularly pink flamingos. We’ll then stop at the Basilica of Bonaria and admire a complete view over the Gulf of Cagliari. After that we’ll see the Monte Urpinu, the quartel of “Castello”, the National Archaeological Museum (optional), the beautiful medieval tower of St. Pancrazio, and the cathedral, consecrated to Saint Mary. Next, we’ll cross the narrow streets of the old city and finish our trip at the beautiful bastion of Saint Remy.

Your adventure awaits!
