Maximum Group Size of 10. Bring water, it can be bought in local shops, and bring a small packed lunch. I will provide extra ruck sacks if they are required.

Time worn paths invite walkers into a world of splendor, capturing Ireland’s historic past. It all comes alive in the Comeragh Mountains. This walk takes you hiking through amazing countryside, where family run farms are the main economic activity.
We take in the Bronze Age Sites, which consist of a stone circle, 2no burial sites, stone alignment and ground conditions permitting the remains of an Iron Age enclosure and cooking site, It may be your chance to walk across an Irish Bog.
Along the way we look at the flora and their amazing stories in folklore and even modern medicine. Cross the Nire Valley and see first hand the effects of glaciation on the landscape and you get to see how people live in a modern Ireland today. This tour is best suited for a person who wants to see Ireland’s heritage as well as the modern nation that Ireland is.
