Trip Info

This special early morning tour gives you a unique opportunity to enjoy the most famous sites of the Old Town before the crowds arrive.

Your guide will teach you how to read the astronomical clock and decode the statues on the Charles Bridge before leading you through the quiet streets of the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. You’ll learn about Jewish life in Prague and the significance of the monuments on the Old Town Square.

There really is no better time to explore the historical centre of Prague as the early start means that you’ll have the rest of the day to do your own sightseeing.

After your walking tour, your guide will be happy to chat to you over a cup of coffee in Cafe Louvre and help you plan the rest of your day.

  1. 5 out of 5

Through both of the tours I went on (this, plus the Prague Castle at night tour) the advantage of the tour timing was evident. Here we were treated to an almost empty Charles’ Bridge, which contrasted markedly with the throngs of people who occupied it later in the day.

Our guide Stefan was excellent, very knowledgeable about both the bridge and the Jewish quarter, and the tour concluded in a lovely city centre cafe where we enjoyed a nice brunch. Highly recommended!
