Trip Info

This full-day tour will enable you to discover the three Borromean islands, and not just Isola Bella, the most famous one! There are three islands in Lake Maggiore’s Borromeo gulf that can be visited: Isola Bella, Fisherman’s Island and Isola Madre. Each island is different and special and definitely worth a visit.

Isola Bella is amazing: a huge princely palace and a fabulous garden built on terraces. Fisherman’s island is a representation of a typical corner of Italy: old fisherman’s houses and cozy restaurants. Isola Madre is a peaceful and relaxing corner in the middle of Lake Maggiore. Ancient renaissance villa houses, a collection of puppets and Isola Madre’s gardens are a delight to see.

A great way to discover these islands is at our own pace, by private boat.
