Trip Info

We’ve cherry picked the best of the coastal riding in the area for this Pacific Coast Highway biking tour. After meeting in Cambria (or at your nearby hotel) we shuttle past Hearst Castle to Ragged Point. Climbing on our bikes, we cycle down an isolated and pristine stretch of the coast to Cambria, stopping to visit a colony of odd looking elephant seals along the way.

With just a few hills, but no major climbs, this Pacific Coast Highway bicycle tour is perhaps the easiest way to take in some of the world class scenery by bike that the area has to offer.

A picnic lunch at a picturesque seaside park caps off an ideal Pacific Coast bike holiday. For families (or others) interested in a shorter ride that minimizes riding with narrow shoulders, we can do a shortened 13 mile version of this trip. This version eliminates the somewhat hillier stretch on the northern part of the route where the shoulders tend to be much narrower, but still gets to all the main attractions of the ride.

Youth discounts (10%-75%) vary with age.
