Trip Info
With 23 lakes in close proximity to Bowdoinham, Maine, we have some of the best fishing in the United States. We will bring you to select lakes which we feel give you the best chance at catching fish. Whether we go to Florida Lake, Annabessacook Lake, or one of our choice, quantity of fish will not be a problem!
We offer the opportunity to spend the day fishing for bass and pike on local lakes. On an average day, we catch between 10- 20 fish each outing. Some of the largemouth bass are in the 4 – 5 pound range. We have even had a few reach into the 7 – 8 pound range! The Pike we caught range upward to 40 – 50 inches! A day of fishing usually begins about 7 am and will end around 3 pm. Your lunch will be provided. We fish from an 18’ Polar Craft boat, stream or lake banks and other small craft. You may bring your own gear or equipment will be provided (spinning or fly fishing).

Reddog Guide Service is owned and operated by Maine registered guide, Casey Mowers. Casey was born in Pennsylvania and joined the Navy in 1989. He obtained orders sending him to Maine in 1996, fell in love with the area and retired in Brunswick, Maine.
Casey started hunting at age 12 with his family in Pennsylvania. While stationed in Maine, Casey took advantage of the bountiful hunting opportunities for deer, turkey and upland birds. He later expanded to hunting duck and geese as the area has excellent opportunities to offer. Casey became a guide in 2013 and obtained his Captain's license in 2014.
