Trip Info

Get ready for a sightseeing bike ride adventure! This tour will allow you to see Athens in a new light. We will stop at interesting sites as well as have the best views of the city! A well-deserving break for Greek coffee and refreshments will be made midway through the ride.

Your tour begins at our bike store. You will be fitted for an e-bike with a brief instruction before we are off!

The ancient theater of Odeon Herodio Attikon is our first stop. It sits near the Acropolis. An amazing view of this and the entire city will be seen as we make our way to Filopappou Hill. As you cruise down the hill to Plaka, you will enjoy the scenery of the Thissio neighborhood. Here, we will travel through this ancient market street. Another nearby stop will be the Roman Market place and the Tower of the Winds.

You can take in the sites with stops at the Statue of Kolokotroni, the old Parliament, the Academy of Athens and the National Library outside of Plaka. Pedal hard to reach the top of Lykabettos Hill. A breathtaking view of the city awaits you at this highest point of Athens.

As we leisurely bike downhill, we arrive at one of the popular shopping spots at Kolonaki. The Syntagma Square is located just at the end of this route. This is where the new parliament sits. Watch the guards perform their duties.

Next on the tour is a ride through the National Garden where you will see the first building, Zappio Megaro, which was erected for the Olympics. You will see the large size of the Panathinaiko Stadium as we make a stop. It was built for the first Olympics in 1896.

As we head back to the bike store, we pass the Temple of Olympian Zeus.
