The first day of this tour will begin with your arrival to the Kathmandu airport. You’ll spend this day resting, exploring the city and enjoying a welcome dinner at a Nepali cultural restaurant.

Day two will introduce you to Kathmandu and it’s amazing attractions. You’ll enjoy exploring and seeing famous landmarks such as the UNESCO sites of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swyambhunath and the Patan Durbar Square. You’ll end your day with an introduction to your trekking guide and a quick briefing of the program. If in need of trekking equipment, now is the time to rent or buy from the local retailer.

Day three will bring you on an amazing flight to Pokhara. During your flight, you will witness amazing views of the Himalayas and their surroundings. Once landed, you’ll enjoy a free evening of resting at your hotel and/or exploring it’s lakeside.

The fourth day of your tour will bring the first trekking experience. You’ll start with a drive to Nayapul, which is the starting point of your trek. Continue on to Tikhedhunga with a four-hour trek reaching 1,760m above sea level. Along the way, you will cross a suspension bridge over the Modi Khola River, trek through terraced fields and view the beautiful mountains.

On day five, you will continue your trek to Ghorepani, which sits at 2,860m. This day will consist of trekking through the Oak and Bloom Rhododendron Forest and pass the small tumbling waterfalls. Once you reach Ghorepany, you’ll be blessed with wonderful views of Mount Annapurna and Mount Dhaulagiri.

Day six will bring you to Tadapani. You’ll wake up early with a hike to Poon Hill before the sunrises. You’ll stop for a quick lunch before reaching your camp for the night.

The seventh day will consist of a trek to Chomrang, a crossing of a large suspension bridge and a visit to a small village. At the village, you will meet many locals and learn about their history, culture and traditions.

After staying the night at the Chomrang Village, you will continue up the mountain on day eight. During this day, you will enjoy a steep climb in the rhododendron forest. You will have a quick lunch break at Bamboo before finishing your day at Dovan.

Day nine is a very easy day. You will only be trekking 300m to Deurali and will enjoy resting and regaining your energy at the Himalaya Hotel midway through the trek.

Day ten will be the toughest day of this excursion. This day will be your final day of ascending the mountains and will bring you to the Annapurna Base Camp, which sits at an elevation of 4,110m. Once at the sanctuary of Annapurna, you will have the opportunity to view the Annapuran I, the Annapurna South, the Hiunchili and the Fishtail mountains.

Days eleven to fifteen will include descending the mountains. You’ll enjoy many spectacular views before heading back to Kathmandu. Once there, you can shop or explore as much as you’d like before continuing on your separate journeys.
