We will be touring the Island of Antigua and discovering its unique Culinary repertoire through a deep sea fishing cruise, cooking class, farmers market tour, tropical mixology class, spa treatments and local island excursions.
The Island of Antigua has culinary influences from the Spanish, French and the English. You will enjoy dishes such as the Pepper Pot, Curried Conch, Seasoned Rice, Snapper in Banana leaves, and our famous Antigua Black Pineapple pie. Antigua is famous for its world renowned English Harbor five year rum which received a gold medal award in the 2005 World Spirit competition held in San Francisco. Ranking it as one of the best tasting Rum in the world.

Day One (Friday)
Pick up at the airport and transfer to the villa, arrive at the villa and enjoy a grand welcome with Island cocktails and dinner prepared by Chef Freda and her Assistants.
Day Two (Saturday)
Morning tour of the local farmers market followed by lunch at a local Island restaurant. Demonstration and tasting by our local Chef Doreen, owner of Doreen Personal Chef and Catering Service. Afternoon cooking class using ingredients we bought at the market.
Day Three (Sunday)
All day excursions on our local Lobster Island cruise. We will tour the secluded off Island sites, enjoy a fantastic Fish and Lobster lunch buffet, with a early relaxing pool side picnic dinner with cocktails.
Optional Tour – Morning Hands-On Cooking class with Chef Freda at the Villa afternoon beach side picnic and barbecue with afternoon left to relax and watch the sunset on the nearby beach. Evening local tropical cocktail tasting with a local bartender followed by a light dinner at the Villa.
Day Four (Monday)
Morning Rainforest Hike – We will hike through the Footsteps Rainforest Hiking trail with our Hike Guide Dassa. You will explore the green scenery of Antigua to the top of Signal Hill where the 360 degree view of Antigua is truly spectacular.
Optional Tour – Afternoon excursions of the city town of St. Johns, afternoon free time for shopping, stock up on duty free shopping for French perfumes, local rum, leather goods, jewelry, and dinner back at Villa.
Day Five (Tuesday)
Good bye breakfast and farewells, depending on your flight schedule. There could be time for relaxing spa treatment at the Galley Bay Resort and Spa or some last minute beach time. Bus will transfer you to the airport.
