16 Days East Africa Guided Safari Adventure Holiday takes you to the three of the most famous East African countries in the world of safaris offering the best of each country destination. 16 Days East Africa Guided Safari Adventure Holiday explored in this inter country combination include; Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Uganda’s Bwindi and Kibale National Parks, Great Migration in Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve and the vast plains of Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. It then crosses through Lake Victoria the second largest fresh water lake in the world to Uganda. It’s a beautiful chance to see and do fishing in Lake Victoria. The wild game viewing safaris and culture and heritage tours are at the center of this arrangement as well.

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Park
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 and drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with lunch en-route arriving in time for an evening game drive. Maasai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants and well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeests and zebras, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live very close to the game reserve. Dinner and overnight will be at the camp (with hot showers and flush toilets). Meal Plan Lunch and Dinner

Day 2: Masai Mara National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for a game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. You will then break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight stay at the Camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, you will depart the Mara region for Nakuru arriving in time for lunch. On your way to Lake Nakuru, you will have scenic views of Mount Longonot and Lake Naivasha from a far on the main highway. After lunch we will go to the game drive in lake Nakuru coming back to the hotel late in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Golden Palace Hotel Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, you will depart Lake Nakuru National Park for Amboseli National Park with lunch en-route arriving in time for afternoon game drive which will proceed till evening. Dinner and overnight will be at Kibo Safari camp. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 5: Exploring Amboseli National Park
You will have a full day of game drives in this park which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes, and birds can also be seen as well as Mount Kilimanjaro peak if the weather conditions permit. Your picnic lunches will be catered. We partake of dinner and have an overnight stay at Kibo Safari camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you will depart to Lake Manyara National Park with lunch en-route. Arrive for a game drive in the afternoon. Lake Manyara National Park is famous for its tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. Dinner and overnight Africa Safari Glamping camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 7: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, drive for a few kilometers and descend 2000 feet (670 meters) into the crater floor with your picnic lunches. The entire day will be spent in the park with a lunch break at Ngoitoktok Springs Picnic site. The main crater is 165 kilometers and contains populations of various species including black manned lions, rhinos, buffalos, elephants, and other grazing animals. Dinner and overnight will be at Ngorongoro wildlife Rhino Lodge Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 8: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will leave Ngorongoro Conservation Area for Olduvai Gorge. Lunch will be at Gorge Museum. After lunch, you will visit various sites of the gorge to see where the remains of the prehistoric man were discovered by the famous archeologist Dr. LSB Leakey. You will proceed to Serengeti plains with afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight will be at Ikoma Tented camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 9: Exploring Serengeti National Park
After breakfast this morning, enjoy a game drive. The great diversity of Serengeti wildlife is also evident here—look for buffalo, hippopotamus, elephant, giraffe, antelope, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelle, lions, and in season the spectacular migration of the wildebeest. Overnight at tented camp Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 10: Serengeti National Park- Isebania – Mbita Point
After breakfast you will depart to Lake Victoria via Isebania border with lunch en-route. In the afternoon we visit the local communities for a cultural immersion. We take our dinner and have an overnight stay at ICIPE Mbita Point Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 11: Mbita Point- Takawiri Island
After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel at 6:30 am, take a ferry to Takawiri Island and you spend the rest of the day at leisure at the beaches or fishing in Lake Victoria the second Biggest fresh water lake in the world. After dinner and we spend an overnight at a Takawiri Island hotel. It’s a day to taste the fresh fish from the lake right from the lake to frying pan.

Day 12: Takawiri Island – Kampala
After breakfast, take the water bus (ferry) to Luanda Kotieno from where you will drive to Busia Border post passing through lush farmlands of the Luo and Luhyia people. Lunch at is partaken in Busia town. After lunch and processing through the Kenya-Uganda immigration we continue driving to Kampala where we spend the night after partaking of dinner at Fairway Hotel and Spa

Day 13: Kampala – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park stopping for lunch at Igongo Cultural Center. After lunch, continue on with the drive arriving in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the evening. Dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Community Bandas

Day 14: Bwindi Forest Park Gorilla Tracking
Briefing about Gorilla trekking and the History of Bwindi impenetrable Forest, southwestern Uganda and after embark on Mountain Gorilla Tracking in the forest. This is the day that will mark your re-union with your long lost cousins – mountain gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest and bonding. You will wake up early for brake fast then drive to the tracking point. You will gather at the respective park headquarters with other tourists for briefing in the morning at 8am where you are also allocated the respective gorilla families to track. From here, you head to the forest in the company of the armed ranger guides that will lead you up the gorillas. Have an evening Batwa / Bakiga Cultural Performance at the lodge.

Day 15: Bwindi – Kampala
After breakfast, drive to Kampala through the magical highlands of Kigezi covered with mist in the morning arriving in the evening at Entebbe for dinner and an overnight stay at Comfort Hotel Entebbe.

Day 16: Kampala City – Entebbe-Nairobi
After early breakfast proceed to Entebbe to catch your flight to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the mid afternoon and connect with your international flight back home.
