Saying that Scotland
is the most beautiful part of the UK is a grandiose statement, but this video by John Duncan definitely makes a strong case. Guides all over the world who have visited Bonnie Scotland would agree. Captured over a period of eight months, you’ll find yourself drooling over scenic views of Alba (Gaelic for Scotland) that are almost too beautiful to be believed.
Throughout his travels, Duncan camped out on top of Sgurr a’Mhaim mountain to watch the sunset, drove overnight to the Old Man of Storr on the Isle of Skye, and went “stomping through fields” to capture some images of the Jacobite Steam Train.
In this video you saw shots of Devil’s Ridge, Ben Nevis, Forth Rail Bridge, Dunbar, Rannoch Moor, Edinburgh, Glenfinnan Viaduct, and The Kelpies. If you had no desire to visit before, you’re definitely planning a guided tour of Scotland now, aren’t you?
If you’re wondering how Duncan managed to score such great shots, he did it all with a sweet little Quadcopter (which is like a drone). We highly encourage you to add a Quadcopter to your Christmas wish-list and then make your way to the United Kingdom for some extreme sightseeing in Scotland.
