Toni is the captain of HiTime Charter that caters halibut and salmon fishing, whale watching, sightseeing and photography tours. She is one of the few female skippers in Alaska that currently holds a U.S. Coast Guard Masters license to operate vessels up to 100 gross tons. She has been in the charter and fishing business since 1979 with fishing experience in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.
