Steve is a passionate brewer who holds a degree in Brewing from Edinburgh’s Heriot Watt University. Steve was a Master Brewer at the Institute of Brewing before he decided to become a professional tour guide in 2004. Steve really looks forward to having you on an awesome brewery tour in Edinburgh.
