Guide Bio

I became a guide at the age of 5 years old, exploring with friends and family in the wilderness. Since then, I have been full time guiding interpretive tours, adventures and expeditions in Chile. The uniqueness of my guiding comes from  merging intuitively my passion with a continuous learning spiral.

Milo worked alongside our professor (from The University of North Texas) for a 3 week study abroad term in Puerto Williams, Chile. We loved having someone local with us who knew the culture, language, and knew how to navigate the terrain, whether it be an urban setting like Punta Arenas, or the strikingly beautiful but seemingly desolate Tierra del Fuego.
Milo has an admirable and contagious zest for life, and nature in particular, that evokes the adventurer inside. I really felt confident to truly experience Chile during my stay and I owe a lot of that to Milo and his guidance.
I also ran into a terrifying medical issue due to an allergic food reaction during our stay and I was so relieved to have someone fluent in Spanish to help me through all the hospital mess! He also helped tremendously in keeping my spirits up while I was recovering.
If you’re looking for a guide with knowledge, experience, optimism, and warmth then Milo is you’re guy. I’m convinced adventure follows wherever he leads, as well as friendship.

Sometimes you enjoy the adventure, sometimes the landscape, sometimes the people you are exploring with, and sometimes… all of them. Thats what this guy provides, Milo is all fun, laugh, deep knowledge and inspiration. Had an awesome time in Chile, and going out with him was a real highlight!
