Hello, I am Mário. I’m a tour guide and the head of “Sardinha do Bairro”. I founded this company because there’s nothing that excites me more than sharing my country with visitors.
At “Sardinha do Bairro” we are a family and I am extremely proud to manage this awesome team, made up of different names and backgrounds, but united by the passion for Portugal and by the dedication and kindness each customer is treated.
With 5 years’ experience, we received in 2020 and for the third consecutive time the Certificate of Excellence on TripAdvisor and we reached the 6th position in the TripAdvisor ranking, among 1250 excursions in Lisbon. We make outsiders feel at home and those at home even more cozy and proud of this corner by the sea!
