Guide Bio

My name is Abdelmajid BEN RABAH, for short “MAJID”. After graduating from the American School of Tangier, I was fortunate to obtain a full scholarship from the International Institute of Education (I.I.E) in the USA. I then attended George Williams College in Chicago – Illinois for one year and Hartwick College Oneonta in New York for  two years.

After obtaining my B.A degree, I returned to Tangier where I had a summer job in escorting tourist groups and that is all it took for me to become a licensed guide for 40 years. I became so motivated to move forward  to organize  custom made tours in Morocco.

Professional experiences

I worked in :

The Balearic Island (Mallorca and Ibiza…) for 5 years as a courier.
Sky tours London as an area manager.
Thomson Holiday London.
Sunair London.
In 1972, I became licensed guide and conducted tours in Morocco for many :

U.S.A. companies and European nationwide like Moupintours, TWA Tours, Four Winds and many others.
I also worked for Pullman Tour Madrid and Melia Spain.

I am motivated to organize all kinds of tours for all tastes and all budgets.

The kingdom of Morocco is situated on the North-West tip of Africa. It is situated on the straits of Gibraltar and only 14 Kilometers from Europe, exactly from Tarifa, Spain/ Tangier, Morocco. A fast ferry takes about 35 to 40 minutes to cross this distance on the straits of Gibraltar. It is also considered a multi-cultural country where all religions and nationalities tolerate each other with respect. Daily crossing of the fast ferry operates every hour; because of these reasons, many day trippers come over to spend the day and have a local meal as the culinary art is most delicious. So why not come over to spend the day or a couple of days where we can see more of this exotic Morocco that has so much to offer our visitors?
