Kathleen Holmes is the co-founder of a multifaceted operational farm, Salem Alpacas, since 2000. At first, it was only intended as a family hobby. But according to Kathleen, things have evolved without any planning taking place. Now they breed alpacas not only for family enjoyment and tourist attractions. They also sell alpaca breeding stock and fibre products.
