Joyce Weir is a professional tour guide based out of Charleston, South Carolina. She is very knowledgeable about the city, it’s history, and it’s amazing architecture. Joyce is originally from Buffalo NY, but attended university in San Francisco for photography and graphic design. Joyce moved to Charleston after spending some time traveling in Europe and learning about history, art, and music.
