Joseph along with his wife, own and operate Gondola di Venezia, a company offering gondola tours on Charles River at the Esplanade in Boston. Having been intrigued with an American wooden boat builder who assisted in a gondola preservation in Venice, they both came up with the idea of having a custom built gondola to share with the people of Boston.
