Guide Bio

I moved to Buenos Aires from Ireland in 2003, having married a local girl. I initially began to offer airport transfers with English speaking drivers. Over time, more and more people started asking me to show them the city. So, in 2008, I started to offer sightseeing tours of Buenos Aires.

I am a complete history buff, so I could not be happier in what I am doing! Buenos Aires has so much history and I ¬†would be very happy to draw on my knowledge of the history of the city and share it with you. Traveling with a guide is a lot better than traveling on your own! With me, you won’t spend your time at sites looking down at a book to try to understand what you are looking at!

John Boyle's Reviews

  • Jeanne Jacob

Absolutely the best tour guide we’ve ever had. He knows Buenos Aires!! Four of us took an all day tour and would recommend John to all. An excellent guide to both the culture and history of BA.

Hola my name is John Boyle I own and run, which is a company specialising in tours and transfers for English speaking visitors to Buenos Aires. There are three of us who speak English and Spanish, and one of our guides also speaks German. We offer five hour city tours of Buenos Aires, and also San Isidro Tigre delta tours to the north of Buenos Aires.
