Captain Jay Auseve Jr. is a professional fishing guide and the owner of Hook ‘Em Charters, which is based out of Grande Isle, Louisiana. He is a United States Coast Guard and LCBA licensed captain who has been fishing the local waters for many years. Jay really enjoys teaching people how to fish and loves to provide tours for friends and families. He can provide tours for all levels of angler and many different species of fish including redfish, flounder, drum, and sheephead.
