Guide Bio

I am the Director of Sales and Marketing at a sightseeing tour and travel agency on the West coast. I offer options to guide you and inspire you in the way that suits your style. My goal is to focus on achieving exceptional results in customer service while building partnerships with key business decision-makers.

I have been in the tourism industry for nearly 20 years after obtaining my Travel and Tourism Management diploma. I work with a team of professionals who have been introducing the world to Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler for over 30 years.

Everyone has a reason to explore. We explore to learn, make new friends, connect to new places and new people, satisfy their curiosity, to escape their routine and for fun and adventure.

I hold four values personally and professionally. One is through the guests’ eyes where I take the time to understand and appreciate the experience from our guests’ point of view. I am driven to go above and beyond which means my goal is to exceed expectations in everything I do. Respect and sincerity are also on my mind everyday as I give and earn respect through genuine kindness and consideration. Finally, I enjoy working with a team towards a common goal through communication, trust and collaboration. We are loyal, supportive and willing to work together.

I am proud to work in an environment where helping the community is important. I enjoy taking part in sponsoring events and providing tours and transportation, to support a wide range of local causes that benefit our communities.
