Captain Jason Applebe is a professional fishing guide and the owner of Applebe Guide Services, which is based out of Morgan’s Point, Texas. He is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain who specializes in drift fishing with live or artificial bait, wade fishing, and summer time fishing with croakers. He is a very knowledgeable guide who can teach you many new fishing skills and techniques. Jason really looks forward to having you on an awesome fishing adventure in Morgan’s Point. Went out on a late afternoon trip with steady wind on the bay. I wasn’t sure about it but Jason told us he would find the fish. Well, he did. We had to move a few times to hunt them down but we hooked up at just about every stop. He also chased the fish until the sun had completely disappeared.
He turned a questionable outing to a good trip with both reds and specks in the well. Hard work and his experience on the bays made it all possible. I’ll be making another trip with Jason and have no reservations about recommending his services to anyone.
