Guide Bio
I am the owner and guide for a small company in the Canadian Rockies. I first began working in the outdoor industry in 1996 as an outdoor educator. Since then, my experience in the outdoors has been varied as I have worked as a hiking and sea kayaking guide, an outdoor educator in both Canada and Australia and completed undergraduate and graduate degrees doing field work and research in the wild places I love.
I love to share my enthusiasm for the wilderness and my knowledge of the natural environment with others. I am certified as an Assistant Hiking Guide with the ACMG and I also have Wilderness First Aid certification.
