I am a sightseeing guide and travel provider in Greece. I am a travel professional operating for 40 years in everything concerning tourism. For the past three years, I have offered culture food and hands-on cooking classes. I have a passion for Cretan traditional Mediterranean cooking and food.
I studied Hotel Management which included cooking. From this, I operated my own restaurant twice over the years. I know everything there is to know about a kitchen but I am not a professional chef. All of my life I have cooked following the principles my mother, grandmother and aunts have taught. The cooking classes I offer are Cretan traditional methods only focusing on these principles and fresh local ingredients. I cater to meat lovers, vegetarian and vegan followers. Greek and Cretan cuisine provides more than 3,000 vegetarian recipes and over 800 of them are vegan.
