Geoff Dillon is a double major in biology and economics who possesses a fascination for spirits and distilling. Aimed to make quality spirits from quality fruits, the family is very lucky to have those local farmers as neighbours to have their ingredients readily available anytime they want it. Dillon invites you over to taste some of their limited wine batch, as you learn further about what they do as a resourceful and environmental friendly distillery in Ontario, Canada.
