Frank Casares is a professional sky diver and the owner of Mile-Hi Skydiving Center, Inc., which is based out of Longmont, Colorado. He is a very knowledgeable guide who is a certified Safety and Training Adviser, Tandem Instructor, and Integrated Student Program Coach.
