Elisabeth Horbach is a certified tour guide for the Sudwestpfalz region in Germany. Since 1996 Elisabeth and her husband have lived in her birthplace of Schwanheim. The nature is beautiful and it was here that Elisabeth used to gather herbs with her grandfather in the 50′s. Elisabeth shares her knowledge and gathering techniques with many school classes and kindergarten groups on nature excursions.
