David Castellanos is a professional fishing guide for Cast Guide Services, which is based out of Harbor, Oregon. David has been providing high quality tours since 1993 and has guided in areas such as Bristol Bay in Alaska, California, and the Upper Chetco which only 40 people have permits to fish. He holds his United States Coast Guard license, his First Aid and CPR, and is a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. David is a knowledgeable guide who can share many fishing techniques and skills with you on your adventure. He looks forward to having you on a fishing tour in Oregon.
