Dave Thayer also known as “Canyon Dave” first visited the Grand Canyon as a young boy. By age 18, he was a frequent hiker and backpacker in the canyon, and by age 29 he had hiked over 1,500 miles in the Grand Canyon. This is Dave’s passion, and he enjoys sharing this with others through his tours.
