Heritage-History Tour, Sightseeing
Cristina Ginaaicchi has been guiding tours since 2000. She is well suited to giving history and sightseeing tours in Rome: she was born and raised in Rome and has an insider’s eye. In addition to calling Rome home, she also has a Master’s Degree in Management of Cultural Heritage and has studied restoration and archaeology. Cristina’s education, combined with the experience she has accumulated living in Rome, make her perfectly qualified to lead history tours. She can guide you around the city and tell you of its contemporary realities as well as offer detailed descriptions of the monuments and architecture as they relate to Rome’s long and storied history.
All of Cristina’s tours are highly customizable. She offers tours of the most popular spots – the Colosseum and the St. Peter’s Basilica in Vatican City are two of her most requested destinations – but Cristina also loves showing travellers that Rome is a multifaceted city and houses a myriad of monuments and artefacts spanning across various time periods and cultures.
