Back in 2008, Chris Spinelli and Jon Mervine met as classmates at RIT in Rochester, NY. Before long, the guys found that economics wasn’t their only shared interest. They began brewing their own beer and it evolved into a passion that occupied every free moment they had. In February of 2010, after months of research and legalities, Roc Brewing Co., LLC was officially formed! In 2014 Jon moved on and the Roc Brewing Co. acquired two new team mates- head brewer Nick Mesrobian & Josh Hunt. Recently their 7 Barrel system arrived and their future is bright!
