I am a director and partner of a transport and tour company in Cape Town. Services offered include airport shuttle, door-to-door, sightseeing tours, chauffeur and meet and greet arrangements. I started the company in 2009 along with two friends to help promote and service our hometown. Our passion lies within the tourism industry. In just a short time, we have been able to become one of the most successful companies in the area. The staff is a highly knowledgeable and experienced group. I am pleased to be able to offer positions to those who have not be able to get permanent employment.
My vision is to be the best service provider by offering quality service at competitive rates. I believe this is important for our local customers as well as our international visitors. I also think it is important to provide training and education to our staff who share in the passion to serve others. This ensures our staff members are able to provide the best service while improving our country’s development.
It is also important to me to give everyone, staff and customers, basic fundamental values of safety, reliability, loyalty and honesty. By keeping with these values, customers from near and far will be guaranteed excellent service.
