Captain Larry Kelley is a professional fishing guide and the owner of Coastal Water Guide Service, which is based out of Rockport, Texas. Larry is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain who has been guiding since he was 40 years old. He specializes in fishing excursions for redfish and trout in the coastal bend area. Larry is a member of the Coastal Bend Guides Association and the National Association of Charterboat Operators. He really looks forward to having you out for an awesome fishing tour in Rockport.
