Bill Payne is a business owner, car guy, ex-SCCA road racer, and high performance & defensive driving instructor. He has been in the limousine business for over 14 years, beginning his company in 2001. In 2002 he added to his fleet, incorporated as American Limousine, LLC, obtained a US DOT operating authority to legally operate as an interstate transportation provider and obtained a SC Public Service Commission authority to operate a charter limousine service in South Carolina. Bill is the first limo company to offer wine tours to the Yadkin Valley; since the first tour, American Limousine has introduced thousands to some terrific wine and wineries. Bill insists every chauffeur exhibit a high level of professionalism while providing exemplary service.
